THE ROLE
This Tech Support (Operations) position will report to the Head of the Information Technology (IT) business unit.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level technical support to Operations team to respond to customers’ requests for enhancement/change and to address issues reported by the platform users.
- Coordinate between the Operations and Tech Team on the day-to-day issues.
- Draft and maintain operations documentation and user guides.
Requirements
Suitable candidate who possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in teams as both a team leader and team player. In addition, you will also have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 2 + years of experience in IT application technical support.
- Good understanding of the Database Structure and able to work with MySQL for retrieving and patching the data for day-to-day support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to understand/diagnose and resolve the issues and escalate to Tech Team if required.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
